The promise of a healthier lifestyle, clean air and open spaces drew Frances and Andrew away from the city to make their family home in a Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse in Wiltshire. The couple are no strangers to doing up listed buildings, though they sometimes wish they didn't always fall in love with historical buildings. In this case, they were attracted by the house's position surrounded by seven acres of fields and unspoilt views, with original flag stone floors, stunning Georgian square rooms, high ceilings and original sash windows.
