Jeanne and Tim Flynn’s elegantly restored Victorian home captures the best of both worlds — thanks to an ingeniously designed double basement, which provides space for contemporary living. Lighting – both natural and artificial – plays a significant role in the home. Introducing natural light to the dark second floor of the existing house was a top priority.
